This page explains our grace period, guarantee period and refund policy for the Innovating with AI Incubator.

Grace Period
Within 3 days (72 hours) after your purchase, you can cancel your purchase for any reason and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that this grace period applies only to your initial order; it does not apply to any future payment-plan payments. To request a cancellation and refund within 72 hours of your initial purchase, email [email protected].
30-Day Guarantee Period
Within 30 days of your purchase, you can request a refund if you meet the eligibility criteria below. If you are granted a refund, you will permanently lose access to the Innovating with AI Incubator program. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Show that you have completed all lessons and submitted all assignments within the Innovating with AI Incubator curriculum.
- Show that you have implemented the steps described in the Innovating with AI Incubator program and that you have not been able to create a prototype for an AI product or process.
Our team will review your request and determine, at our sole discretion, if you meet the eligibility requirements. If you do, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
The Incubator curriculum is unlocked over the course of 8 days after your purchase. If you request that we unlock the full curriculum prior to that, you waive your right to a refund.
You are not eligible for a refund if you make your request more than 30 days after your initial purchase.
Payment Plans
When you join the Innovating with AI Incubator, you’ll have the option to pay in full or to pay over the course of six monthly payments. Please note that this is a payment plan with a fixed length; it is not an ongoing subscription. By joining and choosing a payment plan, you are committing to a contract to complete all six payments on time and in full.
You can update your credit card on file any time by logging in to your account and visiting your Billing page. If you miss a payment, you may be locked out of the curriculum or other parts of the program automatically.
If any payment is more than 30 days overdue, we reserve the right to refer your account to a collection agency. Unless you qualify for a refund within your first 30 days, we do not allow cancellations of payment plans under any circumstances.
